About

I have spent the last decade building and operating backend systems for products that grew faster than expected. Most of that work involved untangling complexity, stabilizing delivery, and helping teams make better technical decisions.

My interests are system design, architecture tradeoffs, engineering leadership, and product-focused development. I care about ideas that hold up under real traffic, real constraints, and real teams.

Right now I am exploring reliability patterns for distributed services, internal platform design, and how engineering organizations mature over time.

My view on engineering is simple: software is a sequence of decisions with consequences. The craft is choosing what to optimize, what to postpone, and what to make easy for future maintainers.
